First, check the material factors
1. Material quality: First of all, check the quality of the transmitted material itself to see if there is bending, uneven, uneven material thickness or too heavy raw edge beside the material. These problems can lead to deviations in the feeding process. If there is any problem, the qualified materials should be replaced in time.
2. Material thickness: For too thick materials, the NC feeder may be difficult to feed stably. At this time, you can try to adjust the compression force of the press spring of the feeder to ensure that the spring is really pressing the material, and the compression force on the left and right sides should be consistent. At the same time, it can also be considered to add a supporting rack between the levelling machine and the feeder to reduce the sagging arc of the material and prevent the material from slipping due to excessive weight.
Second, check the machine Settings and status
1. Press spring: Check whether the press spring of the NC feeder works normally and whether the pressing force is uniform. If the compression force is not enough or inconsistent, it will cause the material to slip or skew during the feeding process.
2. Cylinder and gas pipe: ensure that the relaxed cylinder of the feeder is correctly connected, if only one gas pipe is connected, two gas pipes should be connected at the same time to ensure that the two cylinders work at the same time, and there will be no skid when clamping the material.
3. Mold and installation: Check whether there is a problem with the stamping mold, such as mold blocking material or pulling material. At the same time, confirm whether the mold installation position is in a straight line with the NC feeder, if it is not in a straight line, it needs to be adjusted to avoid feeding errors.
Third, adjust the feeding parameters
1. Feeding speed: Check whether the feeding speed of the NC feeder matches the punching speed. If the stamping speed is too fast, the feeder may not keep up and lead to feeding deviation. At this time, you can try to adjust the feed speed or stamping speed to keep the two coordinated.
2. Feeding time: Check whether the feeding time setting is accurate. If the feeding time is set too late, it may lead to incomplete feeding actions within the feeding time, resulting in deviations. The feeding time should be adjusted correctly to ensure that the feeding starts after the guide pin tip is fully inserted into the positioning hole and leaves the positioning hole before clamping.
4. Examine external factors
1. Air pressure: Check whether the air pressure is stable and meets the requirements. Insufficient or excessive air pressure and instability may lead to inaccurate feeding. Ensure that the air source pressure is stable within the recommended range (such as 0.5Mpa).
2. Electromagnetic interference: If there is a large source of electromagnetic interference near the NC feeder, it may also lead to feeding deviation. At this time, you should try to keep the feeder away from the source of interference or take other anti-interference measures.
