1.Front-end shock-proof device

The front end is shock-proof installed between the front end of the lathe feeder.The size of the shock-proof village can be close to the diameter of the bar.The whole set of shock-proof device uses liquid oil circulation to effectively prevent bar vibration and ensure processing accuracy.The device can be opened to allow the pusher rod to pass.When changing the bar size,the shock-proof village sleeve must be replaced at the same time.

2.Synchronous mechanism(optional)

Used in conjunction with the core lathe,the spindle mobility of the push rod and the core lathe reduces the bending of the bar and ensures the precision of the bar processing.

3,telescopic material pipe&fixed material pipe

The telescopic material pipe is used with the core lathe,and the fixed material pipe is used with the knife lathe,which can ensure the stability of the lathe processing.

4.Transmission mechanism

It is driven by servo motor.Can provide feed torque,speed and position.Bar size adjustment,easy and convenient.

5,clamping device

The clamping device has the function of detecting residual material and no material.
